PAYMENT POLICY
We accept 100% payment in advance.

Once the payment is received, we start with booking the slots for your sessions.

REFUND POLICY

Once a service or a product is purchased we don’t provide any refund/cancellation.

RESCHEDULING POLICY

Rescheduling of a booking can be done up to 4 hours before the scheduled session. Bookings are made with mutual agreement, so rescheduling a slot is limited to three times for the program.

PROGRAMME VALIDITY AND EXPIRY POLICY

All programmes must be initiated within two months from the date of payment. Once commenced, participants are required to continue and complete their sessions within the stipulated program duration, ensuring that no gap of more than two months occurs between consecutive sessions.

Failure to initiate the programme within the specified period, or a gap exceeding two months between sessions, will result in the automatic expiry and termination of the programme, with no entitlement to a refund, extension, or carry-forward of any unused sessions or fees paid.

SHIPPING POLICY

Domestic Shipping: We offer standard shipping for all domestic orders, with delivery expected within 7-10 business days. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the order and the delivery location.
