1. Combine Structure with Comfort

The easiest formula:

• Structured top (shirt/blazer)

• Relaxed bottom (denim/chinos)

2. Upgrade Your Basics

Swap:

• Basic t-shirts → structured polos or shirts

• Worn-out jeans → dark, clean denim

3. Footwear Makes the Difference

Your shoes define the look:

• Sneakers → casual

• Loafers → smart casual

• Leather shoes → formal

4. Avoid Overstyling

Smart casual is about ease, not effort.

Avoid:

• Loud prints

• Excessive layering

• Too many accessories
